The Preserve at Astor Farms is a naturally beautiful 276 home community located in a quiet corner of Sanford, FL. The Homeowners Association is managed by a Board of Directors, elected annually and comprised entirely of volunteers. Our Board has engaged the services of a professional property management company, Vista Community Association Management, to manage the administrative aspects of our community.
This website was designed to be the primary portal through which the HOA communicates with the residents and the residents communicate with the HOA. The Board anticipates that this site will serve our members well by:
